20% Deposit Required
A 20% deposit is required to reserve your room. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Booking Confirmation
Your room is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and send you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 80% balance can be paid after arrival using an accepted payment method.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is from 1:00 PM before lunch. Check-out is after breakfast, normally between 10:30 and 11:40 AM.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Because Niru Yoga Homestay has only a few rooms, your booking deposit helps us hold your room and say no to other guests for the same dates.
Deposit and Confirmation
A 20% deposit is required to confirm and hold your room. Your booking remains unconfirmed until the deposit is received and written confirmation is sent by Niru Yoga Homestay.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. If you inform us at least 30 days before arrival, the deposit may be transferred as credit to new dates within 12 months, subject to availability.
Date Change or Rescheduling
To change your retreat dates, please contact us at least 30 days before arrival. New dates must be used within 12 months and are subject to room availability and the prices applicable at that time.
Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure
If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, do not arrive, or leave earlier than your confirmed departure date, the deposit remains non-refundable and unused nights are not refunded.
Important Note for Existing Bookings
Bookings confirmed before this updated policy will continue under the terms agreed at the time of booking. The new deposit, cancellation and rescheduling policy applies only to new bookings.
Accommodation at Niru Yoga Homestay
We offer simple, clean and peaceful retreat rooms for yoga guests. Room options depend on availability, group size and your booking preference.
Shared Twin Room
Reserve one bed in a twin room shared with another retreat guest. The rate is USD 60 per person per night and includes the complete retreat package. Every guest room has a private bathroom.
Private Room for 1 or 2 Guests
The complete room is reserved exclusively for you. The rate is USD 120 per room per night, whether one guest or two guests stay. The complete retreat package is included.
Limited Rooms
We have only five guest rooms. Shared and private-room availability depends on the requested dates, and rooms are confirmed only after the required deposit is received.
Payment Methods
To confirm your stay, we will share safe payment details privately by email or WhatsApp. Please do not send payment until your room dates are checked and confirmed with us.
Deposit Payment
The 20% booking deposit can be paid using one of the available international or Nepal payment methods shown below. Any transfer or payment-processing fee is paid by the guest.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 80% balance is normally paid after arrival using an accepted payment method. Please confirm your preferred payment method with us before travelling.
Bank Details Shared Privately
For security, bank account and payment details are shared privately only after we confirm availability and receive your booking request. Please do not send payment before receiving our instructions.

Please share your arrival time before you come, so we can prepare your room, meals and check-in smoothly.
Check-in Time
Check-in begins at 1:00 PM before lunch. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance so we can prepare your room and meal.
Check-out Time
Check-out is after breakfast, normally between 11:00 and 10:40 AM. Please complete any remaining payment and return the room key before departure.
Early or Late Arrival
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only by advance arrangement and depends on room availability. Additional charges may apply.

Direct bookings through our website normally offer the complete retreat package and the best overall value. Some other booking platforms may offer different room, meal or activity packages.
