Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Because Niru Yoga Homestay has only a few rooms, your booking deposit helps us hold your room and say no to other guests for the same dates.
Deposit and Confirmation
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking and hold your room. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance can be paid after arrival at Niru Yoga Homestay.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. This helps protect our small family homestay because we reserve your room and may decline other booking requests for the same dates.
Date Change or Rescheduling
If you need to change your dates, please contact us at least 30 days before arrival. When rooms are available, we can move your deposit to new dates one time within 12 months.
Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure
If you cancel your booking, do not arrive, or leave earlier than planned, the 20% deposit is not refunded. Any remaining unpaid balance is not required unless special arrangements were agreed in advance.
Important Note for Existing Bookings
Bookings confirmed before this updated policy will be honoured according to the booking terms that were shown at the time of booking. This new deposit and cancellation policy applies to future bookings only.
Accommodation at Niru Yoga Homestay
We offer simple, clean and peaceful retreat rooms for yoga guests. Room options depend on availability, group size and your booking preference.
Shared / Twin Room
A shared or twin room is suitable for solo guests, friends or guests who are happy to share. Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable with twin beds and a private western bathroom.
Private Room
A private room is best for guests who want more personal space and quiet rest. Private rooms are limited, so early booking is recommended, especially in busy retreat seasons.
Limited Rooms
We are a small family retreat with limited rooms. When you book a room, we hold that space for you, so please confirm your dates carefully.
Payment Methods
To confirm your stay, we will share safe payment details privately by email or WhatsApp. Please do not send payment until your room dates are checked and confirmed with us.
Deposit Payment
After we confirm room availability, we will send payment details privately by WhatsApp or email for the 20% booking deposit.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance can be paid after arrival by cash or another agreed payment method.

For security, we do not publish our full bank account details on this page. Payment information is shared directly after availability is confirmed.
Check-in and Check-out
Please share your arrival time before you come, so we can prepare your room, meals and check-in smoothly.
Check-in Time
Check-in is from 1:00 PM, before lunch. Please tell us your arrival time in advance so we can prepare your room.
Check-out Time
Check-out is after breakfast, normally around 10:00 AM. Late check-out is possible only when the room is available.
Early or Late Arrival
Early check-in or late arrival may be possible with advance notice. Please contact us before you travel.
