How to boost the immune system with “Bhamri Pranayama”

Bumblebee is called Bumblebee in English. This bumblebee produces a kind of ॐ sound ॐ in which there are three sounds or sounds. There is a lot of vibration in this sound. In Bhramari Pranayama we produce the same sound as Bhamra. When the sound of Bhramari Vaa is uttered then vibrations are generated in the head, chest, and abdomen of our body. Pranayama, which is one of the eight limbs of Patanjali Yoga, also includes this delusion. This Bhramari Pranayama vibrates our mind and brain and solves the problems like anxiety, stress, depression, memory loss, etc.

Method

Bhramari pranayama we can do at any time. Especially we have to do it in the morning during Brahma Murta and when the sky of Velu is red at sunset. Bhramari pranayama can be done after the body has calmed down, especially before the yoga practice. When we are physically and mentally anxious, we can do Bhamari pranayama. There is no need for any place or hope for this pranayama. However, those who practice daily should choose a quiet open space. But when we practice any pranayama, the spine of our body must always be straight. Sit in an asana and place the index finger on the eyebrow as shown in the picture with both hands.

Now the little finger touches the side of the eyebrows just below the eye. Now the rest of the old finger is completely closed from the outside of the ear so that the sound from outside does not enter. In this way, when the fingers gradually close the eyes and ears, our brain becomes black and calm like the universe. It is like reaching solitude away from external stress or external contact.

After keeping the spine straight and closing the eyes and ears in this way, it is necessary to make a sound like a bumblebee with the help of the mouth. Take a long breath through the nose, now slowly closing your mouth and exhaling through the nose at the sound of a bumblebee. Doing this process for about 10 minutes to 15 minutes, we feel like we have reached a completely different world. This is a very powerful method. Those who try in the beginning can do it at least 20 or 30 times, but you have to take a deep breath and exhale at the sound of a bumblebee.

If we want to make this process more effective, we should not touch each other slowly, but we should not put pressure on the teeth. Now, gently touch the tongue to the palate. When the sound of a bumblebee comes out then our whole head, neck, chest, and abdomen vibrate then both the teeth start vibrating towards each other. In this way, when both the teeth also vibrate, more tremors start in the head. Sounding like a bumblebee is more effective at the beginning, slowly in the middle, and again at the end.
